Our in-house installation engineers can provide a complete turn-key service for your project. This means we can manage the installation of your entire system, up to testing and commissioning.

We will, of course, co-ordinate our services, matching in with your needs on your site, always ensuring the highest standards of service.

Whether you choose to use our installation service, use your own sub-contractors or do the work yourself, we will provide comprehensive manuals which will give you all the information you need to complete your project.

Our services include :

  • Underfloor Heating; Encompas installation engineers (or one of our Accredited Partners) will install the underfloor heating pipework in line with the design supplied by us and guidelines in accordance with BS1264, the British Standard for underfloor heating.

  • Insulation; working to the agreed specification, Encompas installation engineers (or one of our Accredited Partners) will lay the floor and perimeter insulation, ready for the next stage.

  • Screed; our screeding teams use material supplied by major manufacturers and will work to the datum level you supply on site. The screed will be laid in accordance with BS8204, the British Standard for screeding, giving a quality finish.

  • Heat Pumps; Encompas installation engineers (or one of our Accredited Partners) will install the heat pump in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and, where applicable, connect to ground loops and heating pipe work installed by others.

  • Boreholes; our borehole teams drill to the required depth, install pressure tested loops and backfill them using support sleeves, sand and bentonite slurry.

  • Quality and Environment; Encompas selects products based on assessment of the manufacturers’ reputation and skills. This is reflected in part by all their products having the appropriate accreditation.

  • Health and Safety; Encompas takes all measures to ensure the safety of their staff and those affected by their work. All Encompas engineers receive health and safety training and hold the relevant Engineering Services Skill Cards (CSCS affiliated). All Encompas installations are undertaken following site method statements referencing risks, manual handling and COSHH assessments.
